There’s nothing more durable!

We work with anodised aluminium to make durable, high resolution labels, signs, nameplates and control panels. The process we use prints the image within the pores of the aluminium, technically “sealing” it to provide a product that is corrosion, UV, abrasion, temperature and chemically resistant to most environments.

Our product is perfectly suited to many different industries, but is very popular with military and aerospace where durability is particularly important.

Where durability really matters!

Our aluminium is the preferred material for nameplates, control panels and barcodes in applications where service life expectations exceed 20 Years for the part. Government & aerospace extensively specify the process for demanding applications that require resistance to the effects of weather, abrasion, heat and most chemicals. The following performance requirements are taken from reference documents, in which the process is used and specified, in order to demonstrate the unique durability of the product.

Any Size or Shape

When manufacturing our aluminium labels, we start with large sheets of aluminium, print the design and them trim them to size. This means the choice of size and shape is completely up to you. We have many standard punch sizes to cope with the standard requested, but can make aluminium labels to any size. They can also have rounded or square corners to suit your application. With regards to fixing, all of our aluminium labels can be supplied with 3M adhesive or if required drilled holes for mechanically fixing the labels.

When manufacturing our aluminium labels, we start with large sheets of aluminium, print the design and them trim them to size. This means the choice of size and shape is completely up to you. As with most things in print, you'll find the unit price per label becomes much less as the overall quantity increases, however, we find our prices to be very competitive, even on low runs or one-offs. Another major benefit of our aluminium labels is that we can easily link or process to a spreadsheet that contains variable data or serialised information, allowing all labels to be numbered or barcoded as required. All of our labels are neatly packed and presented to make them easy to use when on site.

We have many standard punch sizes to cope with the standard requested, but can make foil labels to any size. They can also have rounded or square corners to suit your application. With regards to fixing, all of our aluminium foil labels are supplied with 3M adhesive as standard

Single or Full Colour Print

Our aluminium foil labels are available in 0.08mm and 0.13mm aluminium. These very flexible thicknesses allow the label or nameplate to be adhered to any curved surface.
Aluminium foil labels are suitable to be printed in black only. Should you design dictate the need for more colours or a full colour process, our 0.3mm aluminium does offer some degree of flexibility (although not technically a foil). These more rigid labels can be drilled for fixing if preferred.

Polished & Long Lasting Brass labels for your business!

We work with brass in various thicknesses to make durable, high resolution labels, signs, nameplates and control panels. We have several different processes available to us when manufacturing brass labels and signs. We can print, etch and engrave on to Brass depending on the application and the specific customer requirements.

Depending on the manufacturing process we utilise determines the durability of the labels. Brass is generally suitable for moderate temperature changes.

Brass labels have many uses including plaques, nameplates, memorial plaques and industrial labels and tags.
