(1) Introduction
We understand that on occasion it is necessary to return items purchased to us. As such, we have instated a 14 Day returns policy to enable this to happen
(2) Returns
Excluding legal rights to return a product to us, we will refund or exchange any item returned to us providing
a) We receive the returned product within 14 days of the original date of dispatch
b) The items are returned unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as when dispatched enabling us to sell the product as new
(3) Returns Procedure
To take advantage of our policy, please contact us in the first instance advising of the invoice number, the item you wish to return and the reason for return.
(4) Exclusions
All personalised and custom made to order items are excluded from this policy
Orders with a total net value of over £ 250 are excluded from this policy
(5) Refunds
We shall refund in full the original purchase price of any items returned that satisfy the above conditions, excluding the original delivery charges and the cost of returning the items to us
(6) Improper Returns
Should Items be returned that contravene this policy (where legal rights of return do not apply) we shall
a) Not refund the price or replace the item
b) We may retain the item until the cost of redelivery has be made
