FAQ’S

I don’t have a copy of my logo to send?

If you don’t have a logo you can send we can get this redesigned for you at an additional cost, the logo can be sent to you for you to use on other materials such as your website or other marketing material.

I don’t have a logo, can I still order?

We can create a logo for you for an additional charge.  Send us any colours you currently use, your company name, and samples of logo’s you like or an idea of what you would like.

I don’t use some of those labels can I change them?

To keep the labels and design work cost effective we use a template design to bulk your orders for processing.  If you don’t use any of the labels we can print a copy of your logo with this that space as an alternative.

How quickly will I get my order?

Once the artwork is signed off by the designer, we will prep your labels for print with the current batch of labels, this usually takes 3/4 days for delivery.  You will usually get your labels within 5-7 days.

Can you shout out my labels on instagram?

Of course, we love our electrical family and engage with the sticker swaps and shout out’s where ever we can.  We are proud of all of the labels and designs we do and are happy to let the world know.
