When will I receive my labels or signs if I order today?
Standard labels are usually despatched within 1-2 working days, and customised labels or signs despatched within 5-7 working days. For urgent requirements please contact us.
Are the prices on the website inclusive of VAT?
All of the prices on the website are exclusive of VAT, this will be added at checkout.
How much postage will I pay?
We have a standard delivery charge of £4.95 for all UK mainland, orders over £100.00 are delivered free of charge. This will either be by royal mail delivery or for larger volumes UK Mail, a signature would be required.
If I order bespoke items online, will I get a proof?
If your artwork is uploaded print ready we will proceed and print from your artwork, if you are "adding" logo's or information to a product that would change the design we will email a label proof for your approval. If you are unsure just pop a note to us in the product information note box requesting a pdf proof of the label prior to print.
Can I get a custom/bespoke product?
Absolutely! Our core business is bespoke label printing, this is everything from beauty and cosmetic labels, food and drink labels, to product labels. We cater for some of the UK and Europes largest companies. Simply use our online quote request form or email us with your requirements. Let us know if you are working to time or budget constraints and we will look at all options available to you.
I don’t want to order my labels online how else can I order?

How can I pay for my labels?
When ordering online you have the option of paying via:
Debit/Credit card by telephone
Sage Pay or Paypal
When ordering by telephone/fax/post, you can either call us with your card details or send a cheque please note if paying by cheque we will post your goods upon receipt of cleared funds. If you have funds in your paypal account we can send you a paypal invoice for your labels.
Do you offer an account facility?
No, we are not currently taking any account customers. We do have easy ways to pay online and via the phone or customer portal.
How do I let you know what text I need on my personalised labels?
Each product that offers personalisation has a section to enter the details you need adding. Please check all spelling and grammar before submitting. You can also email us at: email@example.com, advising of your purchase i.d (generated at checkout) and contact details along with personalised text.
Can I have my company logo or contractor’s logo on my labels?
We have a range of contractor logo’s available including NICEIC Domestic installer/Approved contractor, ECA, Elecsa, Trustmark, Corgi, etc, these logos are generally used on the personalised periodic inspection and rcd test labels. These logo’s are included free with personalised labels purchased. With company logos it is always best to email us a copy of your logo first for us to test print quality; we will then contact you with our results.
I can’t find the label I need can you make it for me?
Yes, of course! Just contact us with your requirements and we will get back to you with a price and delivery lead time ASAP.
I have tried to add items to my shopping cart but it doesn’t seem to work what can I do?
If you experience any technical difficulties while using the site, please look at the bottom of the homepage for “How to enable cookies” and follow the instructions. If you are still experiencing problems either telephone or email us and we will do our best to rectify the problem and take your order.
