Supply your own artwork
Option 1: Supplying Your Own Artwork
If you already have your label artwork ready, you’re welcome to send it directly to us. We accept most major file formats, but for the best print results, we recommend:
-
High resolution PDF
-
CMYK colour mode (not RGB)
-
3mm bleed on all sides
-
All text converted to outlines/curves
We regularly accept files from:
-
Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
-
CorelDRAW
-
Affinity Designer
-
Other proprietary design platforms
Don’t worry if your file doesn’t match these guidelines we’ll work with what you’ve got and can make minor amends to get your labels print ready
Option 2: Use Our Pro Label Design Service
Need help from scratch? No problem. Our Pro Design Service is ideal for businesses that want expertly designed labels without hiring a graphic designer.
Our team can help at every stage from interpreting your initial brief to finalising your artwork for print. Whether you need a single custom label or a full range of branded designs, we’ve got you covered.
We offer:
-
Custom label design from a brief
-
Logo creation, duplication or vectorisation
-
Template replication for product series
-
Artwork tidy ups and edits
-
Preflight checks to flag and fix any print issues before production
Our designers understand print which means they’ll create labels that not only look sharp on screen but also work perfectly on the press.
Proofing Process
For bespoke and made to order items (anything that can’t be resold), we’ll always send you a digital proof before printing. This gives you the chance to double check everything layout, spelling, colours, and sizing before we go to press.
We strongly recommend reviewing proofs carefully, especially for compliance labels, barcodes, and technical specifications.
