Delivery charges - 

We do appreciate that for lower value items it can be disheartening to see higher postage fee's than goods ordered.  Please be assured we have looked into all of the main courier firms and the services on offer with Royal Mail.  We continue to monitor costs and packaging materials and working within the guidelines allowed, we have in place a courier company that offers a next day delivery service for a reasonable price.  Across the broad range of products and weights our rate of £4.95 is offered to our customers at cost to us.

IF however you would like to reduce costs further you are welcome to collect in person or to arrange your own courier firm if you already have preferential prices in place.  Our only other alternation is to offer smaller items on a Royal Mail 2-3 day untrackable service, we could on this delivery not offer a replacement if goods are lost in transit.

Dispatch Times -

All standard stocked labels are shipped within 1-2 working days.

All standard stocked signs are shipped same day if ordered before 12.00 p.m. *11.00 am for valve tags. 

*Asset labels/Custom labels or Custom signs please allow 5-7 working days for dispatch. For urgent requirements do contact us.

Northern Ireland/Channel Islands/Scottish Highlands - £14.00

Southern Ireland/Europe - £15.00

Rest of the world - £25.00

Courier -

UK/Northern Ireland: UK Mail, Next day delivery (One hour delivery slot) or for smaller items we use Royal Mail

Southern Ireland/Europe - Royal Mail Airmail (Usually within 5 working days) UPS (2 days)

Rest of the world - UPS (6 days)

URGENT ORDERS?    

We can often accommodate urgent requests for quicker lead time, if your order is time sensitive do give us a call with your time scales.

What if my order does not arrive?

The majority of the time when your parcel has not arrived when expected, items are usually awaiting collection at your local Royal Mail sorting office. Postmen usually leave "while you were out cards", but this is not always the case! Please give your local sorting office a call to check if anything is awaiting collection. Should this not be the case please call us and we will locate the order via the tracking service for you.

The courier service we use work on a "first contact", whereby they will leave the parcel with the first point of contact at your place of work or home address. This may be your reception, door person etc. Please do check with persons responsible for your post as they may have signed for your order yet not delivered it to you. Should you still be having troubles locating your order, contact us for confirmation of the"signed for" signature.

When using our courier services a signature is required, if no one is available to sign for your order we will arrange for the courier to reattempt delivery. On occasion if the courier is having trouble locating you they will call our office for contact details, please ensure we have correct contact numbers for you that you are happy for us to pass on for directions.
